Identify the difference by counting the number of teeth - the perf 14 has 26 teeth along the horizontal edge.
Please note 10c has slightly toned gum. The 10c perf 14 is the hardest to find. Seen once every 10 years, hardly surface in the market.
You are buying both the Rare perf 14 set as well as the normal perf 13 set.
