Singapore 2023 SAM ATM stamps “165 Year SingPost” S059 special single 1c step

Effective 9Oct2023, the SAM machine was programmed to allow 1c step increase in denomination. Whether this is by mistake or planned is unsure. This is the very first SAM issue that allows 6c, 7c, 8c and 9c printing. S059 is the Suntec Post Office SAM machine (left side)
