Singapore 2023 Skyline SAM ATM S501 internal machine sale pack (transition time)

SingPost announcement to increase domestic postage rate made on 19th Sept 2023
also coincided with sales halt of 1st Local and
2nd local stamps.  To cover this transition period (19Sept to 8Oct2023) limited SAM
labels were printed using an internal machine S501
and sold at nationwide post offices to tide over the halt of sales.
Key to this pack is that it must come intact with the original barcode sale label pasted on the plastic holder.
